Anyone following Ratchet's story (see a few blogs back) will be pleased to learn that he arrived in the US today to be re-united with the American soldier who rescued him from a burning pile of garbage in Baghdad.
More than 65,000 people signed the Save Ratchet petition, forcing the US Army to relax its strict "no pets" rule.
