While driving home a few minutes ago, I heard a great piece on the radio.
I immediately thought to myself "oh, that's fabulous... must look that story up on the web when I get home, and then blog it.."
And now I'm home... and I have absolutely no idea what the story was about, or what I was supposed to be looking up.
Bugger.

Oooh - it's like when I have to go to the grocery store and I'm driving there and think of 5 more really important things to add to my list, and the minute I get there, I can't remember even one!
That happens to me in the morning, I hear something on the radio, think "oooh, must google that when I get to work", get to work and BLANK.
I used to keep a little 30 voice recorder for that purpose...but then I kept forgetting to use it and/or take it into the house and/or take it back to the car. Now I have scraps of paper and a pencil and pray that I can remember long enough to reach the next stop light.
I'm in trouble at work today because although I remembered to bake a cake, and ice it, and pack it for travel, I left the bloody thing on the table at home!
Age is getting to me.
On behalf Memy Fandi...what would you like to use it for?
Just glad to know I'm not the only one. Your post about making a buck on global warming is not a huge surprise. Please, dear Lord, do not let the U.S. take on government health care. Please!
As per your comment on my blog: I don't think I actually know how to use the sewing machine. If I did there would probably be less swearing going on. For this project I have to make a button hole and that is causing me to sweat.
I always think of things to blog and then forget them. I now keep a notepad with me at all times.
I stash my Hello Kitty pen in my hair at all times and write bloggably great ideas on my arms, legs or hands if there is no paper to hand.
My mother knew a little boy who used to write messages to his mother on the family's refrigerator. He wrote them in permanent pen.
Oops.
At least Miss Kitty washes off in the shower.
PS: Chester, I know what you were going to blog. It had something to do with Zach.
I am telephathic. Just wait and see.
LOL.
